Who construction management is for
Owners, franchisees, developers and property managers who want one experienced party on their side of the table: someone who reads the drawings, questions the numbers, holds the subcontractors to the schedule and reports back in plain language. You keep the decisions; we keep the project moving.

How the owner benefits
- Problems caught on paper. Drawing review before bidding removes the surprises that otherwise become change orders.
- Subcontractors chosen on merit. We evaluate and select trades we have worked with and hold them to the schedule and the quality the drawings call for.
- Costs you can see. Regular progress and cost reports, so the budget is a live document, not a memory.
- One phone call. The city, the architect, the trades and the landlord talk to us; you get the summary and the decisions that are yours to make.
Questions about construction management
What is the difference between construction management and general contracting?
As general contractor we build the project under our own contract and subcontracts. As construction manager we represent you on a project and manage it on your behalf, including trades you may contract directly. We do both, and we will tell you which fits your project.
Can you take over a project that is already underway?
Yes. We review the contracts, drawings, schedule and costs to date, report where the project actually stands, and manage it from there.
Do you manage franchise builds for the franchisee?
Yes. We work from the brand’s standards and coordinate with the brand’s construction representative while representing your interests as the owner.
Where do you work?
Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Arlington, Mesquite, Rockwall and Kaufman County.
