How a service call works
Send a few photos and a description, or call. For straightforward repairs you get a price and a date. For anything structural or permit-related we walk the site first, tell you what is actually wrong, and price the fix with the inspection in mind. Work is scheduled to keep your doors open: early, late or overnight when it has to be.
Larger than a repair?
If the list of repairs has turned into a renovation, see commercial remodeling. If a tenant space needs to be rebuilt for a new use, see retail finish-out.
Questions about service and repair
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Many of our repair calls come from property managers and store managers of buildings we built or remodeled, and we treat a door that will not close with the same schedule discipline as a new store.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
For multi-location owners and property managers we can set up a standing arrangement with agreed response times and pricing. Ask us.
Where do you provide service?
Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Arlington, Mesquite, Rockwall and Kaufman County.
